Getting Help With SAP R/3

R/3 users can search the Duke University Networked Knowledgebase (DUNK) for answers to their SAP R/3 questions.

Using DUNK (Duke University Networked Knowledgebase)

  1. In your Web browser, go to http://www.dunk.duke.edu.

  2. In the box under "Quick Search", type SAP and click on "Search"
    or
    type in an SAP-related phrase or a detailed question and click on "Search."

  3. The following screen will provide a list of links to questions and answers generated by your search.

  4. Click on the appropriate link.
